COVID 19 POLICY
For the health and well-being of our clients and staff additional guests may not join client in the waiting or service areas. Please wear a mask when entering the premise and during the service(s) unless otherwise directed or if you are unable to wear a mask due to health risks.
MAKEUP REMOVAL POLICY
Please arrive to your appointment with absolutely no eye makeup or a $15 makeup removal fee will be applied.
CANCELLATIONS/LATE POLICIES
We understand that things come up; if you need to cancel or reschedule services please do so within a minimum of 24 hours before your next service. If your appointment is cancelled/rescheduled less than 24 hours before your next service, your deposit will be kept as a fee and will not be able to be applied to your next service.

For full sets cancelled/rescheduled without a 24hr notice, a service fee of 50% will be charged.

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment you will be required to reschedule and pay a late fee.

No Show, No Calls will be charged the full service fee and will not be able to book further appointments.
REFUND POLICY
We do not offer refunds on services. If you experience an allergic reaction and are unable to wear the eyelash extensions applied, we will remove them free of charge and may offer a voucher for another service. If you have any concerns with the service you received, please inform us within 48 hours so that the situation can be accessed.
